Retrieve respondents for a specific template with pagination, or get a specific respondent.
Provide templateId, respondentDocumentId, or both. respondentDocumentId is the Mongo ObjectId returned as createdDocumentId from POST /pdf-template-lambda and templateRespondents array in the response of GET /get-documents.
